Shipping and Delivery
Thank you for shopping at Perth Bee Supplies.

We ship products anywhere in Australia. We offer our customers a range of shipping options, including standard parcel post and express post. If desired, customers can choose to select “signature on delivery” at an added cost.

In addition to these shipping options, we also offer Free Local Pickup and Custom Quotes.

Free Local Pickup
At Checkout you have the option to select Local Pickup. This option is available free to all customers provided they are able to collect their order from our pickup location.

Should you select this option, you will receive an email with your order pickup details, after your order and payment have been confirmed. In this email we will notify you when, where and how you can arrange to collect your order. This is a great option for customers purchasing large or heavy items that attract more expensive shipping costs.

Custom Quotes
Our bulky items can be expensive to ship, but we may be able to offer a reduced price more tailored to your specific order. If you are not happy with the other shipping options/prices offered at Checkou,t please select this method and we will contact you with a customised quote once your purchase has been confirmed.

Return, Refund and Warranty Policy

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
We offer free returns on faulty items only. If your item has been damaged due to delivery or it does not work according to its description, you have 2 business days to notify us of your intent to return and 14 business days to return it, from the date you received it.

We do not offer the option of return simply because you have changed your mind.

In order to return an item please email us at contact@perthbeesupplies.com and we will send you our prepaid returns form to attach to your package so you can return it at no postage charge. This will require you to provide your receipt number as proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item and notify you on the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Warranty
We offer a 12 month warranty on specified items. You will need to retain the receipt or proof of purchase in order to qualify for a valid warranty. Please email us at
contact@perthbeesupplies.com with details of your purchase and why you are seeking warranty. We will evaluate your request and notify you of further actions required. Your warranty may cover repair or replacement of your item as deemed by Perth Bee Supplies.
